Marketing Plan

The Marketing Plan White Deer Publishing creates for each book we publish is the basis for most of our marketing efforts for that book. This plan develops as the manuscript moves through the project process, as we gather more information about the author through our marketing surveys, and as the author gives us feedback on the plan itself.

Each Marketing Plan includes a Marketing Budget. We can also help authors explore different opportunities for Marketing Partnerships and create Marketing Lists.

Marketing does not end with a book launch. In fact, much of nonfiction book marketing actually happens after publication. The Marketing Plan remains a resource during the launch campaign and even later campaigns that may occur, including holiday and other time-specific campaigns.
