Advance Information (AI) Sheet

An advance information sheet (AI), sometimes called a one sheet, contains the essential information about a book prior to publication.

AIs are an important piece of marketing collateral used to help promote a book. They’re usually sent when pitching a book for review or media coverage, and they can also be sent to booksellers and librarians to encourage them to stock the book.
